    Giftistree is a virtual gift registry, connecting leading brands with ‘giftees’ and ‘gifters’, combining the ease of online shopping with the practicality of a gift registry.

  3. What kind of products can I expect to find at www.giftistree.com?
    You can expect to find products for baby use, wedding gifts, and gifts for almost all other occasions. We try to stock interesting products that will be a pleasure to give and receive.
  4. Are the prices at www.giftistree.com competitive?
    We offer a unique service with specially selected products. We will strive to get you the best price we can, without lowering our service standards.
  5. How do you ensure that your customers are not cheated?
    Your trust is of utmost importance to us and we ensure that our customers do not face any challenges before and post purchase from us. To ensure the same, we cover all our customers under Giftistreewhich protects our customersagainst any issues with any particular seller.

Payments

  1. What kind of payment options do you provide?
    We support the following payment options:

    1. All Credit cards
    2. All Debit cards (if your issuer bank permits online transactions)
    3. Net Banking (within India)
    4. Cash on Delivery (within India – this facility may not be available on certain pincodes or products, which you can check on the product page at the time of purchase. We charge a nominal convenience fee of Rs.50 on all COD orders
  2. Do you accept payment in multiple currencies?
    No, currently we don’t accept multiple currencies, but we will start soon.
  3. What is a 3D Secure password?
    The 3D Secure password is implemented by VISA and MasterCard in partnership with card issuing banks under the “Verified by VISA” and “MasterCard Secure Code” services, respectively.The 3D Secure password adds an additional layer of security through identity verification for your online credit/debit card transactions. This password,created by you, is known only to you. This ensures that only you can use your card for online purchases.
  4. Do you accept payment through cheque/Demand Draft?
    No, currently we do not accept payment through cheque/Demand Draft.
  5. How do I order using the COD option?
    Add the item(s) to your cart and proceed to checkout. When prompted to choose a payment option, select “Pay By Cash on Delivery”, and provide the required information, including the mobile number of the recipient which is required for coordination of delivery and payment.
  6. How do you ensure the security of online payments?
    We are using a very secure and trusted payment gateway to provide full security to our customers. If an amount is deducted after any failed transaction, it will be reverted to the bank account of the customer within a few days of time.
  7. I am not being able to make a payment using my credit card. What should I do?
    Anyone not being able to use credit cards can use debit cards or net banking. You could also re-attempt the transaction after sometime as it could be due to a server problem.
  8. How do I know that my online transaction was successful?
    The user will receive an email from www.giftistree.com after the payment is done and the order is placed. The email will include the order number and details about the products and shipment.

Shipping & Delivery

  1. Where all do you deliver the products?
    Currently we ship products within India.
  2. Do I have to pay any shipping charges?
    We provide free shipping for orders of Rs. 2,000/- & above.
    For orders of below Rs. 2000 we charge flat Rs. 200.
    We will deliver goods in 5 to 7 working days
  3. How much time do you take to deliver the product?
    We take 5-7 business days’ time to deliver a product to the customer. Incase some product will take longer, due to availability or any other unforeseen problem, the customer will be notified.
  4. How do you ship your products?
    To ensure safety & integrity of your order, we ship all our products only through Federal Express.
  5. How can I track my order?
    When your order is dispatched, we will send you a dispatch email along with a tracking id and a link to track your order. You can use this link and track your order using either your order id or the tracking id. Alternatively, you can go to our website www.www.giftistree.com and use the link ‘Track Order’ at the top right hand side to track your order.
  6. What happens if I am not at home at the time of delivery?
    The delivery personnel will try to contact you on the contact information given by you to Giftistree, if he doesn’t find the correct address or the concerned person at the address.

Returns & Cancellations

  1. Can I return a product?
    Yes. If the specifications of the product deliver doesn’t match with what was given on the website, or if the product delivered is damaged.
  2. What process should I follow to return a product?
    • Please send us an email at care@www.giftistree.com stating why you need to return / replace a product. We will accept a return only after receiving an email stating the above.
    • We do not accept any returns after 2 days of receiving the shipment.
    • Presence of original Invoice / tags is a must to accept returns.
    • Any complaint with regards to damage or stains or any other such problem should be reported to us within 48 hrs of the receipt of the products. We may ask for a digital picture in order to review the same.
    • Incase of a return and refund request, Giftistree will issue Gift Vouchers, which you can redeem on our website.
    • We will not refund the custom duties & taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.

  3. Can I cancel my order?
    You can cancel your order only before it has been shipped.
  4. What happens if you are not able to fulfill my order?
    Giftistree will refund the amount to the bank account of the user if it has failed to fulfill the order placed.
